HOURLY RATES
$25-$35 per hour depending on the work involved. This will work well for the individual who is not sure how many hours they'll need an assistant. It will work well for one time projects requiring only a few hours of my time.
RETAINER PACKAGES
As your business continues to grow and we develop a comfortable working arrangement you might want to consider a retainer package. This will save you money and will also reserve you a specific number of hours per month that I am available to you.
Retainer Package pricing per month, based on $35.00 rate:
10 hours will receive a 5% discount
20 hours will receicve a 10% discount
40 hours will received a 15% discount
Each client receives a quote based on the administration services they require, which we think makes things very straight forward. All we ask is that you provide us with a realistic estimate of the volume of work expected and we will provide a quote accordingly. In this way you can have confidence that we can work in partnership with you, with no hidden extras.
Consulting services is charged slightly differently and can be built into your requirements –
TERMS & BILLING
*There are no refunds for hours not used and retainer hours do not carry forward to the next month* You may incur additional charges for postage, special stationary, or any services outside of the typical office supplies and services*
Items requiring a "Rush" or 24 hours turnaround will also incur additional charges.
Ideal Administrative Solution can also be available to you outside of regular business hours, with additional charges.*
